We’re Hiring: Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack – JavaScript/TypeScript + Next.js)
We are looking for a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN Stack and Next.js to join our fast-growing tech team. You’ll be responsible for building robust web applications from scratch, integrating APIs, and delivering seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable full stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Build and optimize server-side and client-side logic using JavaScript and TypeScript
- Develop SSR/SSG web apps using Next.js for better performance and SEO
- Work closely with designers and backend engineers to build responsive, intuitive UIs
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with QA team to identify and fix bugs and performance issues
Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Expertise in Next.js (Pages, App Router, API routes, SSR, SSG, ISR)
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JWT authentication, and middleware
- Experience with version control (Git, GitLab/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Understanding of database design and MongoDB aggregations
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with GraphQL
- Familiarity with Docker, AWS, or Firebase
- Knowledge of unit testing / test automation
- Experience with CMS like Sanity or Strapi
- Prior experience working in Agile environments
